As one of the major producers of PVC resin in China, Xinjiang Tianye PVC resin has an annual production capacity of 1.4 million tons, and has an annual calcium carbide production capacity of 2.45 million tons. The calcium carbide self-sufficiency rate exceeds 90%. The large production capacity helps it occupy a favorable position in the market competition and meet the needs of large-scale customers.
At present, Tianye PVC resin mainly has 23 grades (such as SG3, SG5, SG7, SG8), and its products cover general and special resins, which can be widely used in the production of building materials (water supply and drainage pipes, pipe fittings), packaging materials, electronic equipment (wires, cables), furniture, decorative materials, and coated artificial leather, wallpaper, gloves and other products.

PVC SG3: Suitable for leather, hoses, wire and cable products, shoes, and other general-purpose soft products.
PVC SG5: Mainly used for pipes, profiles, fittings, panels, injection molding, sandals, hard tubes, and decorative materials.
PVC SG7 and SG8: Suitable for sheets, bottles, calendaring, rigid injection molding, and molded pipes.
– Suspension-process general-purpose PVC resin: Polymerized from vinyl chloride monomer. Depending on polymerization process and reaction conditions, different grades can be produced with varying polymerization levels. It is used for industrial-grade, food-grade, and sanitary-grade applications. It can be used in the production of rigid PVC products, soft products, coatings, and adhesives.
– Suspension-process specialty PVC resin: Includes grades such as TPVC-1000, T-800, T-1000, TY-1300, TYH-2500 and other models. Each model has a different degree of polymerization. Other special resins can be produced according to customer needs for building materials, packaging materials, electronic equipment, furniture, decorative materials, and other fields.
– Micro-suspension PVC paste resin: Produced by the micro-suspension process. It is mixed with plasticizers to form a dispersed paste for molding. It can be used for processing and coating artificial leather, wallpaper, color steel plates, foam floors, gloves, toys, etc. It can also be used in the preparation of coatings, adhesives, inks, and sealing materials.
